Dual-chain feeding device with photocell control is used to achieve stable and reliable feeding. The width and length of feeding can be stepless adjusted accurately, suitable for the arrangement of different mould, with high use-factor of the sheet.

The function of two-step vacuum, it also has the functions of secondary upper die, demouding by vibration, and delaying vacuum, forming is suitable for making the products of large depth. The machine can be forming by negative mould or positive mould, convenient and fast for replacing the mould.Equipped heating system with upper and lower heaters of hollow far – infrared heating pieces for two – section heating
